Well, it has been a while hasn't it...
I haven't written for so long because nothing has really been happening. Its not as though we're not doing anything, and we're bored/ing - just nothing of much interest to most people. Believe me, I've done you all a favour withholding posts like "Got wasted at the walkabout on Friday then dyed my white shirts blue on Sunday because one wasn't colourfast.." (which is essentially my weekends in a nutshell for the past month). I'm kind of ashamed to admit it, but the walkabout has become our regular. We're departing from that this weekend so we can spend Sunday at Church... A bar in an old church, only open on Sundays. God I love sacrilege...
Last weekend was the end of May Bank Holiday (as opposed to the beginning of May Bank holiday! ...so lazy...) and whilst Hana and I didn't manage to get out of London (left it too late and everything was way too expensive), we just explored London a bit more - there's still plenty we haven't seen here. On Saturday we went to Greenwich which is really nice and we had decent weather which meant we could enjoy the park there. Then on Sunday we went on a bike ride along the Thames to Richmond with our house-mate Stu, which was also really nice. Had lunch and a few beers at a riverside pub... I've also booked cheap(ish) tickets to Paris for Hana's birthday next weekend so I'm really looking forward to that and I'll be sure to let you know how it goes when we get back.
In other news, Hana and I went to see Ben Folds at the Apollo (round the corner from us) last night. Got the tickets off a scalper for £15 (£10 off face-value) and was definitely worth it.. Even Tommy, the most avid of Ben Folds haters would have liked when he did a melodic, piano-accompanied version of Bitches Ain't Shit. He's a funny guy and put on a good show - he made piano cool before Delta Goodrem! Had a (slim) chance of getting tickets to Glastonbury, but blew it. Orange were offering customers tickets via their wap page for a couple of days, and I reckon I spent £5 trying, but couldn't get anywhere. They've just announced a massive Live-aid concert in Hyde Park. Tickets are free and are allocated in a MCC-style lottery, so we'll be trying for that too.
Work's going well.. They've extended my contract indefinitely and it looks like there's a good chance I'll be here till I want to leave London... Still doing nothing, but I'm getting paid well, and the lads are good quality. They're teaching me how to speak proper..... Couldn't really have asked for a better job to do here. Hana's started work as a web content editor for a magazine, and is going well. Its only 3 weeks temp, but there's a chance it'll be extended like mine.. She'll be in the credits in the next issue.. How exciting..
Elsewise nothing much happening. Good to hear basketball's going ok, although there seems to be a bit of bitchiness which I don't really understand. And most importantly, Franky Lee is still challenging near the top of the ladder. Should be a walkover against the pharmers this weekend which will keep the pressure on the top two..
Try and leave a comment this time, guys. Even if its only a couple of lines, I haven't heard much from anyone recently, so it'd be good to hear how everyone's going..
Anyway, I'll post again soonish so keep checking back.

So you've been sucked in by the walkabout. What a surprise. The Church is awesome though and no doubt you'll follow up with a trip to the redback that afternoon. You'll go to bed about 8 and wonder what the fuck has been going on. Enjoy!
Hey YT. Things haven't been that bitchy at the ravens. It's just that Seany was pissed off coz fortz was a wanker in his last post (one might say it was a low post). So some guys are backing Sean but I reckon he shouldn't have backstabbed fortz like that so i've been spreading some rumours about him not being 'the wizard' he thinks he is. Then some people were having a go at teddy coz he trains real good but plays kinda bad sometimes and some guys said jase falls over a lot and hugo is too tall and skinny like. People said daz was soft coz of his finger and bharj said waiterz threw a shit party and waiterz said at least he picked up coz bharj is in a drought on Johnny said bharj would pick up if he didn't wear undies like the way i don't. So as you can see it's not really bitchy so much as just a few guys sayin some stuff that got on some guys nerves and made them say stuff back and that.
Hey Andrew,

Bharj isn't in a drought, he's living his life.......
You wanted a comment, well here goes; Pi's foot hurts. Just to let you know. Basketball and most people's lives have decreased in value since your departure yt. Mine on the other hand couldn't be better, except for this pain that seems to be generating from my left ankle. And just to let you know, the bombers are just waiting, there is no point in peaking (i.e. Melbourne last year), and all that matters is that we will be there in September. Oh and how do you manage to get these jobs, where you never have to do anything?? Are you now one of gods people, and he gives you the heads up to these sweet jobs?? Cheers!!
